Job summary

Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the Monroe, NC facility’s inserting production operations. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate all production jobs to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience and working knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and Lean practices. Responsibilities include daily hands-on supervision, workflow scheduling, and cross-functional communication to exceed performance goals

Qualifications

• 5 years of Supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with compliance-related operations across industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to build effective relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain quality, safety and on-time delivery.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to document and communicate employee issues clearly.
• Experience in digital printing and insertion (roll/sheet fed).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team; address a wide range of employee-related issues.
• Oversee workflow scheduling and staff scheduling; monitor productivity and quality.
• Troubleshoot production processes to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily communication with shifts and departments on workflow and staffing.
• Guide the production team to meet performance goals and raise standards.
