Profile Products is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee plant operations in Conover, NC. You will lead daily manufacturing activities, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and mentor a team to meet performance goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and experience with process optimization and safety standards. This role involves coordination with multiple shifts and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments; familiarity with corrosive materials and fertilizer production preferred.
• OSHA experience is a strong plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and deliver concise reports.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of safe work practices, including OSHA 10 and general industry safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and familiar with Dropbox.
• Collaborative mindset with a knack for problem-solving and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams: train, mentor, and supervise employees with clear duties and performance standards.
• Optimize operations: assign responsibilities, create schedules, and manage workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement: identify opportunities to enhance processes and reduce defects.
• Plan and execute: develop long- and short-term staffing, equipment, and maintenance plans.
• Maintain standards: ensure safety, policies, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Monitor and report: track performance, manage inventory, and submit reports to plant management.
• Collaborate: work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement solutions.
• Safety champion: enforce guidelines and maintain compliance with regulations.
