Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the corrugated packing department at the Mooresville, NC facility. You will drive safe, efficient production, communicate targets, supervise machine productivity, and mentor team members on shift.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3+ years supervisory experience in corrugation, and Lean/Six Sigma exposure. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a dynamic packaging operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing employees including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Improve safety, environmental health, and overall plant safety.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the shift with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Monitor production activities to meet KPIs and production schedules.
• Control workflow to maximize capacity and minimize downtime and costs.
• Coordinate with other functions to meet production needs and drive efficiency.
