Job summary

Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, seeks a Production Supervisor for our Monroe, NC facility to ensure quality and on-time delivery while guiding the inserting production operations. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate production orders, supervise a team, and drive continuous improvement with ISO 9001, 5S, and Lean practices, supporting customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Supervisory experience in a fast-paced, quick-turn production environment.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 standards, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with compliance-related operations and standards (finance, banking, mortgage, healthcare).
• Proven management skills with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently in the absence of extended resources on day shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate across functions and management levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with digital printing and insertion processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team through employee-centered issues, enforcing policies and coaching.
• Supervise daily operations including workflow scheduling, staffing, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Communicate daily with other shifts and departments regarding workflow and production issues.
• Drive performance improvements to exceed goals and raise standards.
