Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the department across multiple shifts at the Fremont, OH facility. You will train staff, assign work, and lead performance reviews in line with company policies and safety rules.

You will also manage conflict resolution, document activities, and maintain a professional workplace. Strong leadership and five years of manufacturing experience are required; corrugated packaging is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Five years in manufacturing; corrugated packaging a plus.
• Language: Ability to read/understand English; read and interpret documents and write reports.
• Mathematics: Ability to calculate percentages, measurements, volume and rate.
• Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and handle multiple variables in standard situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees in the department on various shifts.
• Train employees and direct work; plan and assign tasks; appraise performance.
• Reward and discipline employees; resolve conflicts; coach and lead improvement.
