Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a capable department supervisor in Wisconsin to lead a manufacturing team. The role focuses on enforcing quality standards, maintaining production levels, and upholding safety and housekeeping across shifts.

You will train staff, manage performance, and address issues to keep operations efficient. The supervisor will conduct weekly safety meetings, ensure compliance with wage, hour and environmental rules, and collaborate with management on improvements and cost

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with manufacturing experience.
• Five years manufacturing experience preferred; corrugated industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to read procedures and follow safety guidelines; basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all employees in the department and manage staffing.
• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels per management standards.
• Conduct weekly Production/Safety meetings and communicate with supervision to prevent shift issues.
• Enforce safety policies, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
