Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight folding carton operations. You will ensure safety, quality, training, development, and productivity across the shift while driving continuous improvement.

You will coach and develop team members, analyze performance data, lead safety discussions, and work to meet quality standards and on-time production goals. This role requires leadership, Lean experience, and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop, motivate, and influence employees.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Experience working independently to resolve process and production issues.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.) with occasional weekend work.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Manufacturing production experience, preferably in a packaging or converting environment, is a plus.
