Job summary

Viant Medical in Laconia, NH, seeks a Production Lead to coordinate a sizeable production team and ensure goals, schedules, and quality targets are met. The role requires strong communication, Lean/Six-Sigma know-how, and effective team leadership to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position oversees safety, performance reporting, and collaboration with management, while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in team supervision and meeting production schedules.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six-Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production teams to meet line and shift goals.
• Provide direction to resolve technical and production problems.
• Monitor alignment with master production schedule and material planning.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and Kaizen events.
• Maintain accurate data and close work orders in Oracle.
• Supervise 20+ Associates and ensure a safe, productive environment.
