You will administer shop floor scheduling, coordinate material movement, and ensure inventory guidelines are met while supporting upper management goals. The role requires leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with manufacturing systems; proficiency in quality, safety, and productivity metrics is essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with 2+ years in production planning or manufacturing systems.
• Proficient with manufacturing computer systems.
• Previous production control and leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical device quality system requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily work activities of department employees to meet production goals.
• Schedule production priorities and material movement.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct training and screening of new hires.
• Identify gaps in metrics and drive problem solving.
