Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee a 10–12 person production crew in a high‑throughput foundry environment. You will schedule, train, and direct optimal production while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor materials, oversee equipment integrity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with a strong emphasis on OSHA compliance and KPI-driven results. A strong leadership track record is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals and write routine reports.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform unit conversions and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to develop, implement and manage systems with minimal supervision while leading others toward plant goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct production work; train a team to meet budgeted goals.
• Monitor materials, direct material handling, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Lead continual improvement initiatives and safety leadership.
• Complete daily production information and maintain records.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary meetings as needed.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisors and provide relief supervision.
