Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise Production Supervisors, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the aluminum production line. You will coordinate blending, material planning, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Estimate and plan production needs, schedules, and material blends.
• Ensure product quality and safety compliance across shifts and processes.
