Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA on-site division seeks a manufacturing leader to drive daily production, safety, quality, and delivery. You will supervise and coach teams, manage schedules and labor use, and push Lean and continuous improvement to boost throughput.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience with large-form-factor projects, and strong collaboration across engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or Business.
• 3+ years in manufacturing leadership in high-volume settings.
• Experience with large form factor manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience managing direct labor, production schedules, and key operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Coach and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor and manage production schedules, labor utilization, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support staffing, training, performance management, and succession planning activities.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Lead by example and promote a safe, positive, and results-oriented work environment.
