Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead in Oklahoma to coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, troubleshoot critical machinery, and uphold safety and quality standards while aligning with production schedules. You will lead hands-on maintenance, manage preventive maintenance, and drive improvements across systems.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced team and manage stressful situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Occasional local travel (~5%).
• Experience with hydraulics, electronics, cranes, air tools and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and coordinate daily activities.

• Monitor repair progress and align with production schedules.
