Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, run and optimize high-impact projects at the Broken Arrow site in Oklahoma. The role focuses on technology, organizational changes, footprint structures and cost efficiencies within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading capital projects, promoting new ways of working, and coordinating across departments to deliver customer value. Travel up to 30% may be required; PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or supply chain required, Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong cooperation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Lean Six Sigma experience; Green Belt a plus.
• Experience in production industrialization and process validation.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute major projects/programs with varying capital investments for the Broken Arrow site.
• Develop and implement major transformations including people, processes, and investments.
• Lead project teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and report to steering committees.
• Coordinate activities across departments and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide coaching and training to local colleagues and liaise with Operations Development management.
