Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Quality Lab Supervisor for the CMP Pads Manufacturing team at the Aurora, IL facility. The role leads Quality Lab Technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely lab execution on the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift, Monday through Friday onsite.

You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, coach staff, manage performance, and ensure proper documentation across COA and LIMS, with weekend support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing quality lab experience.
• 5+ years of quality laboratory or manufacturing experience with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Lab Technicians on 2:00pm–10:00pm shift to ensure safe, compliant lab execution.
• Model safe work practices and maintain cleanliness and EHS compliance.
• Communicate goals and priorities; align with engineering and management.
• Train, coach, and develop lab staff; manage performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Record test results, COAs, and LIMS records accurately and traceably.
• Identify and escalate nonconformances and support containment and root‑cause analyses.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Prepare for internal or external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Pursue safety improvements, 6S, waste reduction and process improvements.
