Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Bloomington, MN. This role focuses on safety, quality, and cost while directing 20+ team members and coordinating scheduling and workflows.

You will mentor staff, ensure work instructions are followed, and promote Lean / Sigma manufacturing practices to meet output goals. The position requires 5+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years in supervision, with a willingness to work evenings and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work directions to 20+ team members and act as first point of contact on shift.
• Ensure safe work practices and train for a culture of safety with EHS.
• Monitor area and staff performance for safety and cleanliness of the machining team.
• Escalate production or behavioral issues during the shift.
• Ensure staff training is provided for effective performance.
• Address issues with staff and document coaching.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and budget requirements.
• Conduct timely employee performance reviews.
