Job summary

Carolina CoPacking is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant manufacturing aligned with GMPs, HACCP, SQF and regulatory standards. The role provides leadership to production staff, drives schedules, and maintains food safety, quality, sanitation, productivity and documentation.

The supervisor will coach and develop employees, uphold procedures, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet production priorities and changes

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure schedules are completed on time.
• Assign employees to tasks based on staffing and qualifications.
• Monitor for delays, quality issues, equipment problems, or staffing concerns.
• Ensure adherence to approved procedures, batch instructions, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Cook Room, Bottle Room, Warehouse, QA, Food Science, Maintenance, and Customer Success teams as necessary.
• Maintain proper line clearance and changeover procedures.
