Job summary

Carolina Copacking, LLC is seeking a Bottle Room Line Lead to oversee setup, line operation, and adherence to FDA, USDA, SQF, and BRC standards within a food manufacturing environment. The role requires strategic leadership, strong knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to drive production efficiency.

You will lead a bottle room team, monitor processes for quality, and ensure safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC regulations and food safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the bottle room team.
• Maintain and implement bottle room policies and procedures.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop bottle room associates to enhance skills and performance.
• Oversee bottle room production to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
