Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in Saugerties, NY is seeking a Flow Team Manager to coordinate and optimize workflow processes, ensure quality standards are met, solve problems, and support the professional development of team members.

You will lead the flow team and shift leaders, set and evaluate performance goals, deploy employees by qualifications, collaborate with operations planning, and drive Lean improvements to deliver on-time, high-quality products.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• 5 years’ managerial experience.
• Experience leading safety and quality improvement projects.
• Proficient with MRP systems (Encompix preferred).

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the flow team and shift leaders.
• Set performance goals and evaluate progress.
• Deploy employees by qualifications.
• Monitor results and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean principles.
• Represent management in absence of Operations Manager.
• Lead production planning and material flow optimization.
• Coordinate with operations planning, Project management and NPI.
• Ensure on-time, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead groups and projects; manage change meetings.
• Plan and monitor budget and costs.
• Capacity and space planning for cost centers.
• Improve work methods and lead time reduction.
• Sequence orders for optimal resources and perform value stream analyses.
• Monitor quality issues and support improvements; track scrap/inventory.
• Oversee production aids costs and scheduling.
