Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the flow team and shift leaders to meet goals.
• Set and evaluate performance goals aligned with area objectives.
• Deploy employees based on qualifications.
• Monitor results and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvements and lean initiatives.
• Represent the department in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Plan and optimize production scheduling and material flows.
• Collaborate with planning, projects, and NPI interfaces.
• Manage quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Lead groups and projects, including change meetings.
• Plan and monitor budget, coverage, and costs.
• Capacity and space planning for cost centers.
• Continuous improvement of methods and processes.
• Sequence orders for optimal resources; perform value stream analyses.
• Monitor quality issues and support improvements; track scrap and inventory.
• Oversee costs and deadlines for production aids.
