Job summary

Infinite Electronics is seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations at our Lewisville facility.

This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee a growing team of approximately 25 to 30 production employees in support of increasing business demand, expansion into new markets, and the transition of additional assembly capacity from other sites into Lewisville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or related assembly environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and assembly operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead a team of approximately 25 to 30 employees, including staffing, assignments, attendance, coaching, and performance.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and priorities to maximize throughput and efficiency.
• Ensure schedules align with customer demand, capacity plans, and priorities.
• Support insourcing or transfer of assembly work from other sites into Lewisville.
• Prepare facility for growth tied to new product lines and market expansion.
