• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and assembly operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead a team of approximately 25–30 employees, including staffing alignment, attendance management, coaching, and performance accountability.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and production priorities to maximize throughput and efficiency.
• Ensure production schedules are executed in alignment with customer demand, capacity plans, and business priorities.
• Support successful insourcing or transfer of assembly work from other Infinite Electronics sites into Lewisville.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to prepare the facility for future growth tied to new product lines and market expansion.
