Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production floor on their shift, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role supports a value stream with daily, weekly and monthly objectives and requires coordinating across procurement, maintenance, warehouse and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience within regulated settings, strong math and computer skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 1–3 years of related supervisory experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the production floor on their shift in compliance with policies and regulatory standards (OSHA, FDA, cGMP).
• Drive safety culture and investigate incidents with root cause analysis.
• Communicate challenges and coordinate course corrections for safety, quality, service and cost.
