Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Production Supervisor in Antioch, IL to lead a fast-paced manufacturing floor, supervising 50+ employees and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will conduct regular visual checks, ensure accurate labeling and packaging, track production data, report variances to management, and coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics to resolve daily production issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Experience overseeing 50+ employees in manufacturing.
• Proven success driving continuous improvement & team collaboration (Lean, 5S, Safety).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visual line checks to ensure product quality, proper labeling, and packaging.
• Review, collect and track production data, and report variances to management.
• Resolve daily production issues, working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics.
