Job summary

Aegis Worldwide partners with a well-established manufacturing firm in Antioch, IL, seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 50+ person team on the production floor. This role offers autonomy on daily operations and a clear path to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will monitor line performance, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics to resolve issues and optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Experienced in overseeing 50+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success driving continuous improvement & team collaboration—Lean, 5S, Safety.
• Comfortable spending 85% of the time on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visual line checks to ensure product quality, proper labeling, and packaging of product
• Review, collect and track production data, and report information and variances to management
• Resolve daily production issues working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics
