Production Supervisor – Bilingual Spanish Required 2nd and 3rd shift

What You Will Do:

Supervise, train, and develop production staff to ensure efficiency and performance.
Oversee daily production schedules, coordinating with Maintenance, Shipping, and Warehousing teams.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper labeling and packaging.
Track and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement.
Work closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics to resolve production challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills in both languages.
Three to five years of supervisory experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production line processes and equipment mechanics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in aluminum or plastic packaging, food, or consumer products manufacturing preferred.
Familiarity with GMP, food quality, and hygiene standards.
High-energy, problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
