Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, quality systems, and CI.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong computer skills and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
