Camaco is seeking a Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead a production team on a 7-day operation. You will oversee safety, productivity, and quality while ensuring deadlines are met in an automotive manufacturing setting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years in automotive manufacturing. Potential overtime after 45 hours, with a base salary around $65,000 annually.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a group of production employees to meet quotas and deadlines.
• Manage productivity and quality within the department.
• Schedule work, assist with employee selection, review performance and administer work rules.
• Provide coaching and development for employees.
• Maintain safe and clean plant environment.
• Compile and analyze production records.
• Communicate with all levels including customers & suppliers.
