Job summary

Camaco LLC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a first shift in a 7-days-a-week manufacturing environment. The role leads a group of production staff to meet quotas and deadlines, with a base salary of $65,000 plus OT after 45 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 quality standards.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of production employees and oversee work activities.
• Ensure effective employee relations and provide coaching.
• Schedule work, assist with selection, review performance and enforce rules.
• Drive productivity and quality within the department’s span of control.
• Maintain open communication between employees and management and ensure safety.
