Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of production employees to meet quotas and deadlines.
• Provide coaching and development to staff.
• Schedule work, assist with selection, review performance and enforce work rules.
• Ensure productivity and quality within the department.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including customers & suppliers.
• Identify and implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
