Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Beaver Dam, WI to lead daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering and Facilities to maintain efficient flow, drive lean improvements, recruit and develop staff, and participate in a four-day workweek with overtime on Fridays. This hands-on leadership role offers growth in a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams, developing employees or coordinating operational activities.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or operations environment.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or Microsoft Dynamics, along with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, coaching and problem-solving skills. Spanish-English bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved.
• Coordinate and support production employees while driving workforce engagement, training and development.
• Partner with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering and Facilities teams to maintain efficient production flow and resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a lean manufacturing environment.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
