Job summary

Wenthe-Davidson Manufacturing in Wisconsin seeks a hands-on Supervisor to lead the production team in a lean, fast-paced setting. You will direct, coordinate, and optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance within your department.

Core hours are 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Weekday schedule with a focus on coaching, continuous improvement, and accountability across a team of operators and leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal communication, leadership and team building skills.
• Knowledge of product lines, drawings, templates, and computer systems.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Demonstrated leadership style of service to employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and housekeeping adherence in the department.
• Review production quality and address issues promptly.
• Plan and coordinate on-time delivery with direct reports.
• Monitor TAKT time and maintain productivity.
• Communicate with HR/Management on issues as needed.
• Coach and develop staff and conduct annual reviews.
