Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Easton, PA. You will lead the Manual Assembly department, supervise hourly staff, and drive safety, quality, and productivity goals. Partner with the Production Superintendent to maintain staffing and execute the production plan.

You will guide continuous improvement projects, maintain 5S standards, and ensure area procedures align with VPDS and company policy. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years manufacturing operations experience.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required.
• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must maintain a good performance and attendance record.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of handling exerting and/or stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and production results in assigned area.
• Schedule and supervise hourly personnel to meet production plan.
• Maintain 5S standards and drive Lean initiatives for area.
• Coordinate staffing and training for hourly and salaried personnel.
• Lead area safety meetings and incident investigations.
