Victaulic, Easton, PA, seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Manual Assembly. You will lead hourly staff, ensure safety, quality, and production targets, and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools in a demanding manufacturing setting.

Work with the Production Superintendent to plan staffing, enforce 5S standards, document performance, and uphold company policies and OSHA requirements for a safe, efficient plant operation.

Formación

• Five years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts.
• Proven professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, and production results in the assigned area.
• Supervise hourly personnel and maintain area workflow with accountability for performance.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and establish daily work priorities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean tools and maintain 5S standards.
• Train hourly and salaried personnel and manage process documentation.
• Coordinate staffing, vacations, PTO, and overtime per company guidelines.
• Monitor equipment and procedures to ensure safe, clean work areas.
• Prepare daily/regular reports on production, downtime and attendance.
