Job summary
Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to directly oversee hourly manufacturing teams on 1st shift. You will drive production plans, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time results while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
The role requires 4–6 years of experience, 1–2 years in leadership, and a mix of associate/bachelor degrees. SAP and Excel skills are valued for optimization and reporting.
Qualifications
- 2–year/Associate degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field.
- 4‑year/Bachelor degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills a plus.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
- Set performance expectations and ensure training and equipment for tasks.
- Execute daily production plan for the area of responsibility.
- Monitor variance to plan and adjust capacity (overtime, flex labor).
- Promote collaboration and autonomy aligned with employer of choice initiatives.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly communications to team members.
- Collaborate with engineering on shop floor challenges and orders.
