Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks a Production Supervisor-2nd Shift in Wisconsin. You will oversee hourly production staff, drive daily production plans, track performance, and uphold quality and safety on the shop floor.

Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain to meet schedules, develop cross-training, conduct safety trainings, and push continuous improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Execute the daily production plan for the respective area of responsibility.
• Monitor daily variance to plan; recommend capacity adjustments to meet schedule.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and ensure safety standards.
