Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams on 1st shift. You will drive production plans, ensure quality and safety, and coach team members for continuous improvement.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, scheduling, and maintenance to meet targets and maintain high standards. The ideal candidate has relevant supervisory experience, a related degree, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Two-year associate degree or four-year bachelor degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Execute daily production plan and monitor performance against plan.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot shop floor issues and support new products.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews and training plans.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards and drive continuous improvement.

Education

Two Year / Associate Degree in related field

Four Year / Bachelor Degree in related field
