Job summary

Greenheck Group in Colorado is seeking a Production Supervisor to directly supervise hourly production team members and drive daily manufacturing operations. You will set performance expectations, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, manage the daily production plan, monitor variances, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and 5S standards across the area.

You will mentor team members, conduct onboarding and performance reviews, and coordinate with scheduling,

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of supervisory leadership experience.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Set performance expectations and ensure equipment and training availability.
• Execute the daily production plan for the area of responsibility.
• Monitor variance to plan and adjust capacity as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering on shop floor challenges and new product support.
• Lead continuous improvement and maintain 5S and safety standards.
