Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production targets.

You will supervise up to 35 team members on 12-hour shifts, mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and partner with engineering and operations to optimize flow and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred or relevant experience.
• 1-3 years managing or supervising teams of people in a high-volume production environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, mentor and support up to 35 production team members on shift, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Promote area standards and reinforce safety, housekeeping, punctuality, attendance, work performance; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Administer timekeeping and payroll responsibilities with a zero-defect mindset.
• Improve area safety and efficiency through regular auditing and continuous improvement.
• Interface with area leadership and engineering teams; prioritize work based on production schedule and goals.
• Coordinate support organization efforts to minimize production interruptions; ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
