Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. in Queen Creek, Arizona, seeks Production Operators to safely operate equipment and follow SOPs in electrode and cell assembly production lines.

You will ensure quality, record data, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-demand battery manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work nights on a compressed week schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in large- or small-scale manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment per SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Record production data and equipment readings.
• Identify and report basic equipment or process issues.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work areas.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily goals.
• Escalate issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
