Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. is seeking production operators to safely operate equipment and follow SOPs in electrode and cell assembly at our Queen Creek manufacturing site.

You will maintain quality, record data, perform routine cleaning, and collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends as needed, overtime, and a strong commitment to teamwork

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.
• Ability to work well with others and as part of a team to meet expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards.
• Accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks.
• Identify, report, and help troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues.
• Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jack, etc.) to transfer materials.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines and work areas.
• Collaborate with team leads, supervision and engineers to meet daily production goals.
• Escalate safety, quality, or equipment issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement activities by providing feedback on processes and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
