Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor for the Gold 1 Shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads day-to-day production activities, supervises hourly staff, and ensures safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations.

You will coordinate staffing, schedules, equipment use, and adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in manufacturing with 1–3+ years of leadership, strong knowledge of production processes, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related industrial environment.
• 1–3+ years of leadership/people-leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and operational objectives.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and resource allocation based on production requirements.
• Review production schedules and data to determine requirements and evaluate performance.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive, inclusive, high-performing work environment.
