Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Indianapolis, IN facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficient production while engaging with employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You will supervise training, PPE compliance, and safety programs, working with the Safety team to maintain regulatory standards. Responsibilities include leading TPM activities, monitoring OEE, conducting shift meetings, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 2-4 year technical degree, or military experience substitution.
• Proficient in LN and MS Office.
• Proficient in English, written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe environment for production employees, visitors, and temporary staff.
• Deliver regular safety training as per the program.
• Ensure proper protective equipment usage and compliance.
• Coordinate safety training with the plant safety team coordinator.
• Document safety training and file accordingly.
• Monitor production floor for unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
