Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the field.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 4+ years’ of manufacturing shop experience.
• Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, etc.) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine production schedule based on intra-departmental and customer requirements.
• Communicate needs to other production areas and planning department.
• Train and hold team members accountable for completing production orders.
• Audit QC records and ensure inspections per SOPs.
