Job summary

You will coordinate daily schedules, train staff, enforce safety and quality programs, review plans with foremen, and maintain orderly work areas. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with relevant supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing production lines, schedules and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production level consistent with production requirements and labor allotment.
• Complete daily schedules and adjust for material, personnel, and tool deficiencies.
• Review plans with Foreman and address issues.
• Ensure work meets construction plans standards.
• Enforce quality control and safety programs; correct violations.
