Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams.
• Strong scheduling, material flow, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience developing and training employees.
• Hands-on approach to continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of production output, quality, and on-time shipment.
• Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules.
• Determine staffing and material requirements to meet goals.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and workflow.

• Increase production capacity while controlling costs.
