Leader Tech in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to lead production planning, scheduling, and purchasing, aligning demand with capacity to deliver on-time production. You will supervise three production control and two buyers, partner with Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Quality, and drive continuous improvement using SYSPRO and Lean methods to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate1s degree or higher required.
• Minimum of five years in manufacturing production control, planning, or materials coordination.
• Experience coordinating purchasing and production requirements; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems; SYSPRO experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and production reporting skills with Lean knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead production planning, scheduling, and material readiness.
• Coordinate capacity planning and manufacturing workflow with floor teams.
• Support purchasing to meet supplier delivery commitments.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO quality requirements.
