Job summary

Leader Tech is a Tampa-based leader in EMI shielding solutions. The Production Control Supervisor will oversee production planning, scheduling, and purchasing, guiding a team of three Production Control professionals and two Purchasing professionals.

You will align demand with capacity, partner with Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Quality, and drive improvements using SYSPRO. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead KPI development, data accuracy, and continuous

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher required.
Minimum of five years in manufacturing production control, planning, scheduling, or materials coordination.
Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems; SYSPRO experience strongly preferred.
Strong Excel and production reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery commitments.
Coordinate capacity, labor, tooling, and work-center capacity with floor leadership.
Support purchasing and material readiness for on-time production starts.
Lead cross-functional teams and communicate production status, risks, and recovery plans.
Maintain accurate SYSPRO data and establish KPI targets.
