Leader Tech in Tampa, FL is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to lead production planning, scheduling and purchasing, ensuring on‑time delivery and material readiness. You will manage a team of five, align demand with capacity, and drive SYSPRO‑based processes.

The role partners with engineering, quality and manufacturing to resolve constraints, implement Lean improvements, and maintain KPI targets while upholding AS9100/ISO quality expectations.

Qualificações

• Experience in manufacturing production control, planning, scheduling, and materials coordination.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems, with SYSPRO preferred.
• Strong Excel and production reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methods.
• Experience in AS9100/ISO 9001 environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop production plans and schedules aligning demand with capacity and material availability.
• Coordinate capacity planning and daily floor scheduling with manufacturing leadership.
• Support purchasing and material readiness for on‑time production starts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and communicate production status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Manage SYSPRO data, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, reinforce safety, quality, and Lean principles.
• Drive reductions in bottlenecks, delays, and waste while meeting customer delivery commitments.
