Manna Beverages in Indianapolis seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate production scheduling and materials planning across multiple lines. You will supervise up to 10 staff, support direct reports, and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.

You will assist with creating multi-line schedules, managing raw materials orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy while collaborating with planning and inventory teams.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years general office experience required.
• 1 year experience supervising a team preferred.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience with SAP, AS400, Avail, ILS and MS Office.

• Create an efficient schedule by coordinating with internal and external customers.
• Supervise up to 10 employees.
• Provide support for all direct employees on their production schedules.
• Assist with writing schedules for multiple production lines as needed.
• Assist with communication to customers on schedule and orders.
• Order raw materials for production runs and create/track purchase orders.
• Assist with making schedule changes as needed.
• Email schedule changes and update monitors daily.
• Work with planners and suppliers to ensure on-time material deliveries.
• Maintain minimal on-hand inventory.
• Collaborate with Production Planning Manager on schedule effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control on material levels.
• Back up Material Planners for Pre-Counts.
• Back up Production Planning Manager on item setup in OS.
• Back up Production Planning Manager on Work Orders and Batch Summary Sheets.
• Produce various reports for Upper Management.
• Lead daily production meetings in PM’s absence.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency of schedules and tasks.
• Complete timesheets for direct reports.
• Implement cross-training for Planning team.
• Maintain positive work atmosphere with Planning Team, customers, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be regularly punctual.
